Jersey Pottery Fish Bowl

A vintage ceramic bowl glazed in dark brown and cream featuring a detailed design of a fish and stylised nets. The technique used is known as sgraffito where the illustration is scratched through a contrasting top layer of paint and then glazed.

Jersey Pottery was established in 1954 at Gorey Village, Jersey, in the Channel Islands.
