We aim to process and dispatch your goods within 24 hours. Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to arrive once dispatched. (Please note, due to Covid related restrictions some deliveries are takin slightly longer). If you require something for next day delivery, please choose this option at check-out. You will receive a tracking reference once the item has been dispatched. Please let us know as soon as you can if your order does not arrive within the stated time period. Please note, large & fragile deliveries may take up to 7-14 working days. Overseas deliveries can vary but should be no longer than 14 working days. If your expected delivery date has passed and you are still without your delivery then please contact us immediately. It may be difficult to investigate any parcels after 28 working days.
Shipping within the UK. Monday - Friday. £4.95, 3-5 working days. Next Working Day - £6.95.
Once the goods have been dispatched and are on their way to you, we are unable to take full responsibility for your purchased goods. It is the responsibility of the delivery service to deliver your order safely and on time.
For international shipping, you will automatically be charged £10 for shipping during the order process, however please note additional charges may occur. We will get in touch with you shortly after your order has been received to calculate the applicable postage costs over and above the £10. Please do feel free to email email@example.com with the item details and postal address in the first instance. Please note, we are unable to take responsibility for Customs Fee charges if applicable, please ensure you check if such charges apply to your Country.
Free Local Collection/Delivery.
Small items of furniture purchased over £150 can be delivered for free within a 15 mile radius. A courier would be arranged for larger items, we will be in touch with you regarding any additional charge required, before any courier is booked on your behalf.
We want you to be happy with your item, therefore we have a no quibble returns policy. If you are not entirely satisfied with your products, you are fully entitled to a product refund up to 28 days from the despatch of goods. In the first instance, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us that you will be returning the product. We do ask that the returned products must be unused, undamaged and complete with original packaging. Used or damaged items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Please contact me to receive a returns label at no cost to you. However please note the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
If the goods you receive are damaged or broken, we would ask that you photograph the damaged product and send to us via email at email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt of the goods.
