A fabulous quality bowl made by Digoin potteries in eastern France. This traditional lipped shape was used in a similar way to the famous Provence bowls, for making cheese, sauces and tian style dishes. With a heavy unglazed exterior and glazed interior and rim, it is a perfect size for use as a mixing bowl, or indeed as a generous serving bowl.
