A stunning example of Art Nouveau pottery produced by Soufflenheim in 1890, this lovely casserole dish is glazed in dark blue with a slightly raised decoration of folk art flowers and leaves. There is one small chip to the glaze at the pot rim, but it is astonishing that the piece is in such good condition considering its age. The floral decoration is in perfect order throughout.
